Every word you put into the world is selecting for, or against, the people you most want to work with. We find what's already true about you, in your own words, and build it into a written document you own for the rest of your life. We call it a Personal Identity Blueprint.
The Personal Identity Blueprint comes from listening to how you naturally speak. We ask whether the language you use is creating the life you actually want: relationships that fit, clients you enjoy working with, people you trust, and the freedom to be yourself in every stage of life. It is not therapy or coaching. We simply listen for the language that reveals who you already are. Then we help you shape that into messaging, foundational phrases, and key distinctions that are unmistakably yours, language you can use consistently in your conversations, LinkedIn profile, website, presentations, and reports.
Agents, brokers, advisors, anyone who lives by the relationship. The clients you enjoy and the clients who pay you don't have to be different people.
The fit is where they overlap.
A written Blueprint you own outright: the document, in your own language, that everything else gets built from: your bio, your taglines, the way you introduce yourself, the collateral that has to sound like you.
It's a written document in plain language, yours to keep. Not a workbook to fill out, not a subscription to maintain.
You don't rent it, and it doesn't expire. As you grow, you can come back to have it updated. You keep the foundation either way. It stays with you, and nothing goes to anyone else unless you choose to send it.
“We listen like nobody has, except maybe your mom.”
Before anything gets built, you sit down with Susie or Todd for a real conversation, in person or over Zoom. That's where the heart of it comes out, the parts that work and the parts that don't. The document comes out of the listening, not the other way around. We won't sell you something you don't need, or rush you into it.
The automatic version, often the wrong one. The right clients don't quite recognize you, and the wrong ones do. You rewrite your bio for the ninth time and still don't like it.
The same person, finally said plainly. The people you're meant to work with can see themselves in it. The words come easily, because they're already yours.
Let's talk about you and how we might help.
The first conversation is just that, a conversation, with no obligation and no pitch. It's about whether we're a fit for each other. If we are, that's when we talk about what an engagement looks like.
We'll be in touch shortly.
